What is the XAUBOT license key?

1. What is a License Key? 

A license key is a unique code used to activate and verify your software or trading bot
. It confirms that you have a valid subscription and allows the system to unlock and run the bot on your account.

In XAUBOT, the license key is automatically generated in your dashboard when you register. You must first connect this key to your broker account number, and then use it in your bot settings so the system can verify your access and enable the bot to function properly.

2. Go to Subscriptions

  1. Go to the “Subscriptions” page using the left-hand menu in your dashboard

  2. Once you are on this page, you will see your license key associated with your plan, along with the start date and expiration date

  3. Copy your license key and paste it into your bot settings to activate your bot and make it live

Note: Before using your license key in the bot settings, you must first connect it to your broker account number

Important!

  1. When your paid subscription reaches its end date, your bot will be deactivated and will no longer be able to manage open trades.
  2. If you use an automatically renewing subscription (card, Apple/Google Pay, etc.)

  3. Your current plan stays active while the payment is retried and you can update your payment details.

  4. If payment succeeds, your subscription continues normally.

  5. If payment still cannot be completed once the grace period ends, your subscription is cancelled and your bot will be deactivate.

  • If your subscription is non-recurring (recurring disabled, one-time purchase):

    • After the paid period ends, we keep your license active for 24 hours as a grace period.

    • If you do not renew your subscription, once the grace period ends, your license will be deactivated, and your bot will stop functioning and will no longer manage open trades.
